Hancock Estabrook, LLP is pleased to announce that S. Alexander Berlucchi has been elected to the Firm’s partnership. Alexander Berlucchi is a member of Firm’s corporate and healthcare practices. He focuses on assisting clients with matters related to healthcare law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and labor law issues. Mr. Berlucchi assists a variety of healthcare clients with compliance issues, including providing regulatory compliance advice on the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, the Civil Monetary Penalties Law and HIPAA. He is a graduate of The University of Scranton and Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review. He also received a Master of Health Administration from Pennsylvania State University, Harrisburg Campus. He has been selected as an Upstate New York Super Lawyers – Rising Star and has been named to The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” list.
