UTICA, N.Y. — The City of Utica is seeking workers for the Val Bialas Ski Hill, which targeting an opening date in late January.
The opening is contingent upon completion of ongoing construction, which will be confirmed once all required work has been completed, the office of Utica Mayor Michael Galime said in announcing the employee recruitment.
The City of Utica is actively recruiting qualified individuals to fill some positions that are “essential” to ski hill operations. They include certified ski patrol, snowmaking personnel, and lift operators.
