ITHACA, N.Y. — Tompkins Financial Corp. (NYSE: TMP) recently announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend of 44 cents a share.
The dividend is payable on May 16 to common shareholders of record on May 3. It is the same amount as the dividend that the banking company paid in each of the last two quarters.
Tompkins Financial reported net income of $14.2 million in this year’s first quarter, up nearly 12 percent from $12.7 million in the same period in 2015.
