VERONA — The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) will hold its 11th annual New York State Commercial Real Estate Conference June 18-20 at Turning Stone Resort & Casino.
The conference features a full day of marketing on June 18 and a full day of education on June 20. The marketing day includes an investment-marketing session, which aims to generate potential brokerage transactions and networking opportunities, the association said. The education day offers several courses covering topics such as economic principles of the real-estate market, valuing commercial real estate, and technology tools for commercial real estate.
Herbert Krumsick, senior vice president at J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc., will give the keynote address in the evening on June 19.

The conference is the largest commercial investment real-estate conference in the Northeast, NYSCAR said. Several other trade groups jointly sponsor the event.
