UTICA, N.Y. — On Thursday morning, both Oneida County and New York State hit the 35 percent mark for share of the total population that has received at least one COVID-19 vaccine dose.

That’s according to the latest data from the state’s COVID-19 Vaccine Tracker, as of 11 a.m. Thursday.

Just over 7 million New Yorkers (7,015,831 to be exact) have received a minimum of one vaccine dose, or 35.1 percent, up from 6.87 million, or 34.4 percent, the day before.

A total of 80,326 Oneida County residents, or 35.0 percent, have received at least one dose of a vaccine, up from 79,365, or 34.6 percent, the prior day.

More than 4.45 million New Yorkers, or 22.3 percent, have completed a vaccine series, while 59,499 Oneida County residents, or 25.9 percent, have done so.
