State Police on Tuesday charged 30-year-old Patrick A. Pierce of the town of Russell with 4th degree grand larceny, a felony. Police accuse Pierce with stealing a 2005 Dodge pickup truck from his unnamed employer in the town of Norfolk in St. Lawrence County in June.
