MVP Health Care has a new executive vice president for commercial business.
David Crosby will oversee the company’s commercial business across MVP’s three-state footprint of New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire. MVP is one of Central New York’s major health insurers.
Crosby will work from MVP’s Rochester office. He was most recently managing director and chief executive of Massachusetts-based UHealthSolutions, an affiliate of UMass Medical School that provides health benefit administration, contact center services, product commercialization, and data management.

House of Representatives Passes $78 Billion Tax Package
