HERKIMER, N.Y. — New York State Police in Herkimer have arrested a Whitesboro woman for credit-card fraud.
Rochelle M. Bulinski, age 45, was charged with 1st degree and 2nd degree identity theft and 4th degree grand larceny, all felonies.
Bulinski is accused of unlawfully using credit-card information to make online payments totaling over $2,200. She was arraigned in the Town of Frankfort Court and was scheduled to appear back in court Monday.
