OWEGO, N.Y. — Lockheed Martin Corp.’s (NYSE: LMT) plant in Owego has been awarded an $8.4 million firm-fixed contract for radar data processors and antenna pedestals, according to a Thursday contract announcement from the U.S. Defense Department.
The Royal Australian Navy will utilize the equipment.
This is a two-year contract with no option periods, the Defense Department said. The work will be done in New York state and is scheduled to be completed by Sept. 30, 2021.
