DeWITT — JF Real Estate recently completed the sale of a 2,100-square-foot office condominium located at 5848 Heritage Landing Drive in DeWitt. Hans B. Christopherson bought the property from RMS Properties Inc. for $125,000.
The buyer plans to occupy the building for his current business, Christopherson Land Surveying, according to a JF Real Estate news release.
Edward Rogers, senior vice president of sales and leasing at JF Real Estate, represented the buyer, and Michael Durkin and Brian Mahar of CBD Brokerage, LLC represented the seller in the negotiations.
