ENDICOTT, N.Y. — Finger Lakes Technologies Group, Inc. (FLTG) has entered the greater Binghamton market with a new office in Endicott.
The new location employs 10 people, the company said in a news release.
FLTG — which is based in Victor, near Rochester — provides voice, data, Internet and cloud services to business customers across New York.

The business offers services that include local and long-distance telephone, high-speed Internet, Internet protocol (IP) and hosted phone systems, data center, virtualization, telecom, along with data assessments and conferencing services.
“FLTG is pleased to expand our service area into [the] Binghamton [area] and to open an office here,” Paul Griswold, president and CEO of FLTG, said in the news release. “Now, Binghamton businesses can take advantage of a more complete portfolio of telecom products and services, all backed by our more than 100 years of experience.”
The company recently extended its fiber-optic network to Binghamton, which enables broadband Internet, cloud, voice and data services, the company said.
FLTG’s 2,000-mile, fiber-optic network, which it says is the “largest privately owned fiber network in New York,” connects more than 25 communities.
They include Alfred, Auburn, Binghamton, Buffalo, Canandaigua, Clifton Springs, Corning, Cortland, Elmira, Farmington, Geneva, Ithaca, Newark, Phelps, Rochester, Romulus, Seneca Falls, Syracuse, Trumansburg, Victor, and Waterloo.
FLTG used company assets to build its fiber-optic network, the company said.
Based in Victor, near Rochester, Finger Lakes Technology Group is a subsidiary of Ontario and Trumansburg Telephone Companies, according to its news release.
Besides its headquarters and new Endicott location, FLTG and its parent companies also operate offices in Buffalo, Phelps, and Trumansburg, the firm said.
