Finger Lakes Business Services, Inc. (FLBS) has promoted one person and added two new members to its management team. The company promotedSuzanne Blowers to customer-care manager. She has been with FLBS since 2010 as office manager. Blowers is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a degree in social services. FLBS recently hired Caprice Zimmer as director of human resources. She comes to FLBS with a background in both human resources and operations and has an MBA from SUNY Oswego with a concentration in human resources. The company also recently hired Hayley Intres as the new administrative coordinator. Her background is in a variety of administrative positions and she holds an associate degree from Cayuga Community College, with a major in business administration.
