ENDICOTT, N.Y. — Mondelez Global — a confectionery, food, and beverage company — recently sold the 49,956-square-foot industrial building at 17 Kentucky Ave. in Endicott for $515,000.
The buyer was Engineering Manufacturing Technologies, LLC (EMT), a metal component manufacturer and neighbor of the property, which will utilize the building as part of the company’s expansion, according to a CBRE news release.
Founded in 1946, EMT says it manufactures parts in a range of market segments. It provides stamping services, sheet-metal fabrication services, CNC machining and turning services, assemblies and fulfillment services, finishing services, tool and design services, and custom die and fixture manufacturing services.
Mark Rupprecht, of CBRE/Syracuse, and Nathan Lamb, of CBRE/Chicago, represented the seller.
