
CLINTON, N.Y. — The Community Wellness Partners home-care services agency is expanding into Herkimer County with a new initiative to provide in-home care services to seniors and individuals with disabilities, the organization announced.
As part of the expansion, Community Wellness Partners is looking to grow its staff and is currently hiring personal-care aides.
“We are thrilled to bring our services to Herkimer County,” CEO Jeremy Rutter said in the announcement. “Our mission has always been to provide personalized care that allows our clients to stay in the comfort of their own homes. With this expansion, we can offer more families the support they need while also creating job opportunities in the local community.”

The organization employs more than 800 people and provides service to more than 1,300 older adults each day. The services include home care, care management, supportive housing, adult daycare, independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.
