ELMIRA, N.Y. — The Chemung County Chamber of Commerce will present a panel-discussion webinar educational series at 10 a.m. on Thursday May 26 on how to develop a hiring process, improve practices for disability inclusion, and strengthen a company’s workforce.
The seminar will also address disability stigma in employment. Topics include employee-training programs and benefits to businesses, how to prepare to be accommodating, and how to find the right employee.
The webinars are free to chamber members and $5 for non-members. Registration is available online at www.chemungchamber.org. Participants will receive call-in details after registering.
