SYRACUSE — Carhartt, the maker and retailer of rugged apparel, footwear, and outerwear, has opened a store at Destiny USA.
Carhartt’s rugged workwear brand serves a variety of customers in construction and manufacturing, farming and ranching, as well as outdoor enthusiasts.
At Destiny USA, Carhartt is located in the former Mastercuts space on the mall’s first level, underneath the food court. A new Mastercuts opened in March next to Eastern Mountain Sports, Destiny said.

This is Carhartt’s second location in New York state and its 10th standalone retail store, according to Destiny.
Carhartt Inc. was established in Detroit by Hamilton Carhartt in 1889. Today, the company remains privately held by the Carhartt family.
