BizEventz coordinates many different types of events. These can be award and recognition breakfasts, luncheons and dinners; breakfast speakers; business seminars; trade shows, expos, and of course Chamber Business Shows. The size of events can be as few as 100 people and up to 3,000. Our expertise is in business-to-business events, and we excel in that area because we understand that creating a niche allows us to be the best we can be!
Event Planning and Event Day Management
We coordinate and implement an event from start to finish depending upon your needs. This may include creating timelines, meeting regularly with clients, contacting vendors, obtaining and negotiating contracts with vendors on behalf of the client, creating marketing plans to increase attendance, telemarketing, creating back up plans, and finally attending and staffing the event to name a few of the tasks we undertake to ensure a successful event.
