Loretta Kaminsky began her chocolate career after a life altering experience. Over the next 25 years, she established a national and internaional chocolate company. Lou-retta’s custom chocolates, with clients such as Walt Disney, Saks Fifth Avenue,and the Japan Travel Bureau. She has served on the Governor's Small Business Advisory Board, the National SBDC Advisory Board, the National Women’s Business Research Foudation Board, the National Key for Women Board, and the BlueCross BlueSheild Foundation Board. She is featured in a new book, “Women of True Grit”, and an anthology of 20 women who have overcome adversity to achieve their goals.
Loretta has always been a champion for women who are starting their own business, and after selling her company in 2003 she started her own consulting firm, “Loretta Kaminsky and Friends” and launched a new product for a Buffalo company with a gluten free chocolate chip cookie.
She has launched her new web site “poweryourdaywithlorettak.com” and is currently teaching Zumba Gold at 4 independent living centers and well as a local YMCA. Her chocolate laced popcorn can be found at all 90 Wegmans stores. She believes the true path for happiness is reinventing yourself to explore all the wonderful adventures that wait for each of us.
