A week-long buy-local campaign in Onondaga County has expanded to last throughout the month of November, officials said this morning.

	U.S. employers added 88,000 jobs to their payrolls in March, far short of economists' expectations of 200,000 jobs, according to the latest monthly report from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
