Syracuse, Binghamton, Utica consumers lose confidence during Q3

Consumers in Syracuse, Binghamton, and Utica lowered their willingness to spend in the third quarter of 2013, according to new polling the Siena (College) Research Institute (SRI) released today.

SYRACUSE — U.S. Representative Daniel Maffei (D–DeWitt) today announced he is seeking feedback from business owners in Central New York on ways to spur growth and hiring.

Maffei has released a 22-question online survey that includes questions about the challenges business owners face and what they need to grow and create more jobs, Maffei’s office said in a news release.
