Syracuse gains, Utica-Rome loses construction jobs

The Syracuse area added 400 construction jobs between November 2009 and November 2010, while the Utica-Rome area lost 300 construction jobs in the same time period.

Construction employment in the Binghamton area remained unchanged in the 12-month period.
